Abstract

A thin film light amplifier with optical feedback was prepared as a system consisting of a photoconductive element and an electroluminescent cell. The dependence of the brightness of the electroluminescent cell on the intensities of illumination of the photoconductive element was measured for such a light amplifier with a sinusoidal voltage supply. The characteristics obtained were compared with those calculated using the proposed theoretical model.
