Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the condition of periodontal tissues in patients with diagnoses of ‘defect of hard tissue of teeth’ and ‘partial loss of teeth’ before and after orthopedic treatment using the method of thermography. The method of infrared thermography has such qualities as high information content, non-invasive research, ease of use, objectivity and complete safety. 50 patients were examined before and after prosthetics with fixed prostheses and 30 subjects of the control group with an intact periodontium. As a result of the study, data were obtained that led to the conclusion that orthopedic treatment of patients with periodontal diseases favorably affects the state of periodontal tissues, reducing inflammation, as evidenced by a decrease in thermography values after treatment.

Были обследованы 50 пациентов с диагнозами «дефект твердых тканей» и «частичная потеря зубов» до и после протезирования несъемными конструкциями, из них 36 (72 %) женщин и 14 (28 %) мужчин. Для группы контроля значения термографии тканей пародонта составили для верхней челюсти: оральная поверхность – в пределах 24,44–30,00 °C (медиана 26,58 °C), десневой сосочек – 21,0–30,2 °C (медиана 26,52 °C), нижний край десны – 22,28–30,0 °C (медиана 26,16 °C), средняя часть ската альвеолярного отростка – 24,44– 30,08 °C (медиана 26,58 °C). Для группы пациентов «до ортопедического лечения» показатели термографии тканей пародонта были выше и распределились следующим образом для верхней челюсти: оральная поверхность – 26,6–33,48 °C (медиана 30,82 °C), десневой сосочек – 26,56– 35,76 °C (медиана 30,92 °C), нижний край десны – 26,64–33,8 °C (медиана 30,88 °C), средняя часть ската альвеолярного отростка – 26,68– 33,56 °C (медиана 31 °C). Значения термографии для нижней челюсти: оральная поверхность – в пределах 25,6–32,84 °C (медиана 29,46 °C), десневой сосочек – 25,60–33,36 °C (медиана 29,62 °C), нижний край десны – 25,52–33,00 °C (медиана 28,92 °C), средняя часть ската альвеолярной части – 25,8–32,96 °C (медиана 29,58 °C).
