Abstract

The results of measurements and an analysis of previously unknown phantom phenomena of anomalous anisotropy of the spectral energy brightness in the local layer of the atmosphere, detected by instrumental recording in the long-wave infrared band, are presented. The authors’ version of the reasons for the occurrence of these phantoms and their practical significance are considered.
