Abstract

The thermodynamic Bethe ansatz equations of the Coqblin-Schrieffer model are solved numerically in the presence of a magnetic field for S= 3 2 and the magnetization, specific heat and entropy are obtained. The results are discussed in the context of recent experiments on ( La, Ce)B 6.
