Abstract

The low-temperature specific heat of κ-(BEDT-TTF) 2X system, where X=Cu(NCS) 2 and Cu[N(CN) 2]Br, was studied to clarify the structure of low-energy quasi-particle excitations over the superconductive gap. The power-law temperature dependence below about 1K sensitive magnetic-field dependence imply that the electron-pairing in these superconductors is unconventional with line-nodes in the gap.
