Abstract
We describe a method for calculating the thermodynamic properties of the products from coal combustion and their compositions in air that is based on the fundamental concepts of chemical thermodynamics. By way of example, the results from calculations carried out for Grade SS2SSROK1 Kuznetsk coal are presented and compared with data obtained by other authors.
