Abstract

The very large partial structure factors for the wave vector K  O of solutes in dilute ternary liquid alloys are related to the strong chemical interaction. Such a strong heteroatomic interaction is represented by a structural model which is found to be consistent with the sticky hard sphere concept and the Percus—Yevick approximation.
