Abstract

The management of thermal energy associated with heat transmission is the most critical problem in several industrial systems (e.g. food, pharmaceutical and chemical) and bio-engineering mechanisms (e.g. drying food, hospital ventilation, heat exchanger, cooling devices, heating, etc.). The present analysis highlights Newtonian heating in hydromagnetic couple-stress liquid stretched flow. The nonlinear version of buoyancy forces is accounted. The heat-transfer analysis considers heat source/sink and thermal radiation. The dimensionless conservation expressions are computed using the shooting algorithm. A thorough graphical visualization, elaborating emerging parameter’s impact the dimensionless fields, is presented. The coupled stress parameter and magnetic parameter reduce the skin friction coefficients.
