Abstract

This paper shows that the Brownian motion of GW antennas may enhance the energy exchange of the antennas by several orders of magnitude, in comparison to the accepted theoretical predictions. This is particularly true for the antennas at room temperature, as were the antennas in operation during the supernova explosion SN1987A. The experimental evidence collected in 1987 is re-examined within the frame of the corrected theory, which confirms the claimed detection of GW by two antennas.
