Abstract

The thermal properties of piezoelectric ceramics (PKR-8, PKR-7M) based on lead zirconate titanate solid solutions Pb(Ti, Zr)O3 were studied over the temperature range 300–800 K. The thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients were found to exhibit an anomalous behavior in the region of the ferroelectric phase transition.
