Abstract
The calculation of surface acoustic wave (SAW) parameters in the layered systems consists of half infinite substrate and one or several layers when the temperature is variable have been considered. SAW phase velocity calculation with temperature dependent material constants have been discussed. Expressions for the temperature coefficients of delay (TCD) and the temperature coefficients of frequency (TCF) of the first and the second order with taking into account SAW dispersion have been evaluated. Numerical procedures for TCD and TCF calculation have been proposed.
