Abstract
Temperature and concentration dependences of thermal conductivity of hydrocarbon-based magnetic fluids containing colloidal Fe 3O 4 particles coated with oleic acid are obtained. Measurements have been made in the volumetric Fe 3O 4 particle concentration range 0.01<Ø⪅0.2 and in the temperature range 20°C< t<80°C.
