Abstract
The thermal conductivity of two single-crystal samples of pyrite FeS2 are investigated by the method of stationary longitudinal heat flux in the temperature range 50–300 K. The low electrical conductivity of the crystals with a small impurity content causes an identical value of experimental lattice thermal conductivity. The temperature dependence of the phonon mean free path is established.
