Abstract

AlN-based ceramics containing different additions were prepared by sintering powders obtained by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis and differing in morphology and oxygen content. The thermal conductivity of the ceramics was measured near room temperature by a radial-heat-flux standardless technique.
