Abstract
Über die Anwendung von rekombinantem aktivierten Gerinnungsfaktor VII (rFVIIa) im Sinne einer Ultima-Ratio-Therapie bei chirurgischen Patienten mit lebensbedrohlichen, konventionell nicht stillbaren Blutungen mehren sich in letzter Zeit Fallberichte. Auch bei Blutungen in der Geburtshilfe gibt es bereits erste Erfahrungen, obwohl rFVIIa für beide Indikationsgebiete noch nicht zugelassen ist.
