Abstract
Insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) plays a key role in several types of tumors and cancers. Unsurprisingly, it is found that IGF1R take hostage by astray oncogenic processes. Comprehensive research data thoroughly demonstrate the link between IGF-1R and malignancy across most of the cancer types in human cells.
