MAZZE, M.D., is a graduate of the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, and interned at Brooke General Hospital, San Antonio, Texas. After his Residency in Anesthesiology at Walter Reed General Hospital, Washington, D.C., he was associated with the Department of Cardiorespiratory Diseases at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Dr. Mazze is presently Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at Stanford Medical Center, Stanford, California, and Chief, Anesthesiology Service, Palo Alto V.A. Hospital, Palo Alto.
