Abstract

This report did not require Institutional Review Board review. A 72-year-old man who was diagnosed with chyluria over 30 years ago and had been on a low-fat diet presented with dysuria. He had undergone 980-nm diode laser vaporization for benign prostatic hyperplasia 1 year earlier. His symptoms had improved, but the patient continued to have high viscosity chyluria. Intranodal lymphangiography was conducted by injecting ethiodized oil into the left (7 mL) and right (6 mL) inguinal lymph nodes under ultrasound guidance.
