Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of immunosuppressive agents on patients with acute interstitial nephritis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute interstitial nephritis treated in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December of 2018 were selected as research subjects. And they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated by immunosuppressive agents and conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two group. The levels of blood urea nitrogen, β2 microglobulin and serum creatinine after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, significantly higher than the 88.24% of the control group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the blood urea nitrogen, 24 h urine protein quantitation, β2 microglobulin and serum creatinine between observation group and control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusions Immunosuppressive agents in the treatment of patients with acute interstitial nephritis can achieve satisfactory results, which can further improve clinical efficacy and renal function indicators. Key words: Acute interstitial nephritis; Immunosuppressive agent; Efficacy
