Abstract

An elderly patient with depression and chronic back pain presents with several months of new onset agitation, insomnia, hyperhidrosis, hypertension, tachycardia, nausea, and vomiting. Her pain quality is unchanged, and basic labs and imaging including cardiac echocardiography are normal.
