Abstract

A study of square wave voltammetries in which several pairs of opposing impulses are superimposed on each step of a staircase waveform, with or without integration of the current, is presented for reversible redox systems. The new fast techniques that result, yield responses greater than those obtained with the other classical methods. This work shows that the experimental results, for any square wave voltammetry, can be adequately interpreted using an extremely simple mathematical formula.
