Abstract

Alternating diffusion current, caused by small oscillations of flow rate, is calculated using a two-dimensional model of an electrochemical flux transducer containing numerous parallel cylindrical cathodes. Fields of the flow velocity and depolarizer concentration in the interelectrode space are determined by numerically solving equations of hydrodynamics and convective diffusion. Frequency dependences of amplitude and phase of a harmonic diffusion current are obtained for a wide frequency range.
