Abstract

Feed mixtures contain macroelements, they are necessary maximum biological and economic benefits from the animal to obtain. From a veterinary point of view, it is important not only the ingredients provided by the diet into the composition of the feed mixture in the necessary quantities to introduce, but also them evenly throughout the entire volume of the mixture to distribute. The mixture’s uniformity ensures the same nutritional value of feed in all parts of its volume. Feeding animals with mixtures of different compositions can significantly reduce their producing efficiency. In recent years, the development and design of feed mixing equipment has been constantly improving. New designs of vibration mixers and mixing units have appeared, that are of great interest for the feed industry, food production and by other related industries: metallurgical, construction, pharmaceutical, chemical processing. The Russian science significant achievements include in the field of vibration machines, mechanisms and technologies’ fundamental and applied developing. This relatively young and rapidly developing branch of mechanics finds practical application at handling dispersed systems in vibrating pseudo - liquid layers increasing and mass transfer processes accelerating. This is due to the impact of vibration on the processed material, which increases the productivity of equipment, reduces specific energy consumption, and improves product quality. In addition, the vibration effect can be quickly controlled by the vibration parameters’ changing, which makes it possible the main technological mode in accordance with the high quality requirements of the initial mixture to optimize.
