Abstract

Consider the theoretical principles of hospitality, which is an important driver of the development of modern national economy of Ukraine. Hospitality as part of the structure of tourism is part of the international relations, because, it is not only attracting to the state budget a lot of money, but it also forms the image of the country, serving foreign tourists. In a market economy the tourism industry can’t quickly and efficiently develop without developed hotel base. Hotel business and tourism industry are inextricably linked; an effective system of organization of the tourism industry contributes to rationalizing approaches to hospitality. Travel and Hospitality industry, as its important component, provides a significant contribution to the economy of the state, creates new jobs, enabling tourists to explore the historical, cultural heritage, establishing understanding between countries and regions of the country, serves as a means of interpersonal and international relations. Results of the research showed that due to inadequate number of the hotel businesses in all regions of Ukrane, imperfection of structure and disparity to requirements of consumers, only partially covers a needs in hotel services.The development of the hotel sector in Ukraine, raising the attractivenes of tourist direction, increasing the flow of tourists, mostly depends on investments. Research the condition of the hotel industry in Ukraine, once again proves that the hotel services provided in the country, are not respond to international level and modern requirements of consumers. Low quality of the hotel product and the lack of a favorable investment climate, determines necessity the creation in Ukraine of new competitive hotel enterprises.
