Abstract

The article proposes an organizational and economic mechanism for personnel incentives, based on the priority areas of employee motivation, as well as taking into account the characteristics of the organization, its internal and external environment, employment and labor markets. Methods and tools for staff incentives have been systematized. Within the framework of the proposed concept, the goal and tasks are defined, the priorities of the incentive policy are identified. The proposed priority areas include: defining the goals and objectives of labor incentives, assessing the labor market and employment, analyzing the internal and external environment of the organization, choosing methods and tools to encourage staff. To make a decision on the policy of incentivizing employees, the authors propose to pay attention to the study on the factors such as mission, consistency, engagement, adaptability, as well as to monitor the effectiveness of target indicators that influence personnel management processes.
