Abstract

The article views theoretical background of devices for cleaning of vent losses from finely dispersed dropping aerosol that promote aerosol deposition at pipes and channels wall sides during aerosol turbulence. As a result of research is defined the process of particle settling formation after entering in settling element where hydrodynamic boundary layer is formed. Theoretical dependence of particles settling intensity on gas turbulence features is revealed. Special aspects of aerosol movement and settling in pipes and channels in turbulence flow with hard walls providing changes of remote and fluctuating velocity of the flow are described. The author presents the factors that increase finely dispersed aerosol settling at pipes and conduits wall sides depending on turbulence scale. Exponential law of decreasing of aerosol particles concentration along the flow is formulated.
