Abstract

This paper is aimed at analyzing a very important view of the process of implementing quality management in organizations, in order to gain a competitive advantage. By integrating the basic principles of complete quality management, organizations themselves begin to feel the benefits and positive effects of using it. Theoretical aspects of the paper will contribute to the deepening of knowledge about quality as a current global process and will encourage organizations in the future to very studiously approach the assessment of the benefits of full quality management, and at the same time will use it to achieve competitive advantage.
