Abstract

The problems of development of the innovative environment in the economies of the post-Soviet period are considered. It has been proven that it is during periods of crisis and depression that the economy is most receptive to innovation. Under these conditions, manufacturers are looking for opportunities to survive, and innovative transformations of enterprises can provide them. Approaches to the creation of a methodological base for conducting a diagnostic analysis of the functional and technological basis of machine-building production for the implementation of the necessary innovative and reengineering transformations are considered. The mechanisms of formation of the development strategy with the use of advanced achievements of domestic and world science are considered. The problems of attracting financial resources for technological innovations at enterprises are considered. The main factors of the innovative environment are determined. The author's interpretations of certain provisions characterizing the innovative transformations of modern industrial production are given.
