Abstract

The process of ensuring the development of territories is multifunctional and has a systemic nature. The concept of development defines such transformations of the system, which are associated with changes in its quantitative and qualitative characteristics through the implementation of structural transformations. Traditionally, the development of resettlement systems is a multifactorial system that is influenced by a number of external and internal factors. The complication of the functioning of urban systems is, first of all, under the influence of population growth due to the expansion of the economic potential of the territory. Analyzing the multifunctionality of urban systems, it is advisable to offer a model of spatial and organizational elements that in interaction and synergistic development ensure the effective functioning of the territory. The model of urban planning system should be considered in terms of analysis of the following blocks of elements: economic, social, environmental and spatial. This model represents the elements of the urban system. Analyzing the systems of population resettlement and spatial planning, it is worth noting that meeting the needs of the population and the processes of socio-economic development of territories is determined by outlining the areas of influence of individual centers that perform a number of economic, social, environmental and spatial functions. The limits of influence of such centers are determined by a set of socio-economic ties and depend on the scale of the center of influence of its economic development and the degree of urbanization. According to the analysis, the article identifies trends in the development of the regions of Ukraine. The analysis is carried out and the complex of priorities of development of the basic centers of gravity for each region is formed, according to which the cartographic projection of processes of movement of the population to the basic centers of gravity within the territory of Ukraine is developed.

ТЕОРЕТИКО-ПРИКЛАДНІ АСПЕКТИ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ПРОЦЕСІВ ПЕРЕМІЩЕННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ ДО ЦЕНТРІВ ТЯЖІННЯ ВІДПОВІДНО Проводиться аналіз та формується комплекс пріоритетів розвитку базових центрів тяжіння для кожного регіону, відповідно до якого розроблено картографічну проекцію процесів переміщення населення до базових центрів тяжіння у межах території України.
