Abstract

Dissipative processes in highly elastic latex polymers have been analyzed based on a theoretical calculation of the relaxation microheterogeneity of polymer structures. The microheterogeneity is evaluated graphically from the dependence of the dissipation intensity ratio λ/λmax on the temperature ratio (Т – Тmax)/Тmax. The α-relaxation intensity is determined using the internal friction spectrum recorded by dynamic relaxation spectroscopy.
