Abstract

China has long faced problems such as weak rural power grid structure and shortage of environmental resources, and there is still a gap from the average level of developed countries. To address the aforementioned issues, photovoltaic as the renewable energy is applied to the agricultural distribution network dominated by medium-low voltage distribution network, changing the distribution pattern of the traditional radial distribution network. The growing deployment of photovoltaic systems connected to the grid is significantly impacting the power quality and line losses in agricultural distribution networks. In order to accurately and effectively evaluate its specific impact, this paper improves the original IEEE14 node model based on the characteristics of Lvliang power grid. In addition, the impact of photovoltaic grid connection on regional grid voltage distribution and line loss is also analyzed and evaluated. The calculation results show that the photovoltaic grid connection position, access capacity and power factor have a certain promotion effect on improving the voltage limit of the agricultural distribution network system and reducing the system line loss, and improving the voltage problem. And provide guidance for the development of the new rural power grid in the future.
