Abstract
SummaryReports of 12 human infections with eye worm (Thelazia sp.) were found in the literature. Three of these involving T. californiensis were reported from North America. Data on three additional cases are here presented. Two of these infections were probably acquired in the Sierra Nevada mountain area and the other in the Mojave Desert.
