Abstract
Covid-19 has resulted in changes to service delivery within the NHS and impacted on the roles of health and social care workers. This article presents my reflective account from being an Assistant Psychologist working in an Psychological Services for Older People team through the year of the 2020/2021 Covid-19 pandemic. I used Gibbs’ model of reflection (1988) to structure my experiences.
