Abstract
Rationale: Among varieties of training that have been proposed in obesity, endurance targeted at low to moderate intensity on the level of maximal lipid oxidation (LIPOX max) has been shown to decrease body fat stores and to improve fat and carbohydrate metabolism, blood pressure and eating behavior [1]. Our aims in this study was to investigate the effect of this type of exercise on body composition and lipid oxidation over 6 years.
