Abstract
This is a report on a model scheme concerned with the vocational training of non-German adolescents. It was carried out at the Audi AG car works and was aimed at the question of whether adolescents with a limited command of the German language and great deficits as far as their general schooling was concerned could be brought to a successful completion of their training in recognized skilled occupations through specific remedial measures. The result of the scheme is encouraging.
