Abstract
The processes involved in knowledge creation are widely discussed in various organizations. To leverage knowledge creation, internalization of knowledge as a resource for knowledge creation may be drawn on. This paper discusses knowledge Internalization based on the Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI) model in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Higher Learning Institution (HLI). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is applied on students actively engaged in LMS to enable simultaneous analysis on the indirect effects between the elements of the SECI model. The hypothesized indirect effects between the factors of the SECI model must be significant for the model to be accepted as being presented in the learning process for HLI.
