Abstract
The article discusses the results of the visit of Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro in Russian Federation (February 14-17, 2022). The author analyzes the main features of the preparation of the visit, which caused heated debates in political and intellectual circles in Brazil and became a factor on the domestic political agenda. It is shown how the results of the visit are used by the president in the election campaign on the eve of the presidential elections in October 2022.
