Abstract

In order to serve for emergency management of earthquake disaster reduction, based on the research area of University Town in Fuzhou, the paper analyzed crowd and space distribution characteristics in university campus as well as functional demand that university students perform emergency virtual walkthrough towards emergency, constructed emergency plan virtual walkthrough system for daily walkthrough and actual combat guidance; virtually deduced possible range damaged by earthquake disaster, confirmed spatial optimized layout distribution of emergency evacuation point, planned channel for emergency and evacuation to provide a scientific, simple, and vivid visible analytical means, emergency response preview education, test verification, and decision aid support for event preview, emergency rescue, treatment, and decision, which greatly improves the efficiency of emergency treatment, enriches knowledge and experience of emergency, and promotes the learning ability of emergency management.
