He is also Adjunct Professor of Psychology at City University of New York Graduate School and University Center. He served as President of the Psychometric Society in 1971–72 and of the Division of Evaluation and Measurement of the American Psychological Association in 1973–74, From 1972 to 1973, he was Editor of the Review of Educational Research.
