Abstract

This paper gives some basic theories and methods of TCM on how to keep a healthy life and fight against ageing. And still introduces some Chinese Daoism’s self cultivation, especially Daoism’s inner cultivation and their values to modern anti-aging period. This paper concretely shows how important it is for modern people, especially ageing people, to have a good sleep and three good meals a day, and persuades adults to pay more attention to couple life. Also, it shows how valuable it is if a foreigner knows some Chinese Daoism’s inner cultivation for healthy life. At the end of the paper, the author welcomes people all over the world to China to experience the practical methods on anti-ageing process of both TCM and Daoism. Hope that they will get some very happy and useful gains!
