Abstract

The article describes the process of devaluation of the value of domestic education based on the material of two key types of modern reforms: the introduction of new axiological disciplines into the educational process and an experimental pilot project of a new Russian higher education, as a result of which it should be divided into three levels (basic, special and professional). It is shown that the introduction of new disciplines is always accompanied by a reduction of well-tested old ones, and in this case leads to schematization and dogmatization of axiological education. It is also shown that the new reform of the structure of higher education will lead to the final destruction of Soviet traditions (specialty), as well as post-Soviet experience (master's degree) and it will return the postgraduate course to the education system, from which it was withdrawn a year ago due to complete inefficiency (reduction in the number of defenses of candidate theses).
