Applying interaction design process has become more popular in the software industry, especially in the e-Commerce industry. In order to map industry maturity towards interaction design process, we proposed an interaction design maturity measurement which will help the industry to know their current maturity in design. The aim of this study is to validate the interaction design process maturity criteria to create the interaction design process maturity measurement framework. The study is conducted by using systematic literature review. Literature are gathered from several digital libraries. To create applicable measurement, we collected interaction design process practices by interviewing representatives from three e-Commerce enterprises in Indonesia. The result of this research revealed five criteria and 36 supporting indicators. The criteria consist of management and four interaction design processes including requirement identification, alternative design development, interactive design development, and evaluation.
