Abstract

Aim: To determine the utility of deaminated gliadin peptide IgG antibodies (DGP-IgG) as a replacement for endomysial antibodies to diagnose coeliac disease in children with a tissue transglutaminase IgA antibodies (tTG-IgA) ≥10× upper limit of normal (ULN).
