Abstract

Abstract This article examines the issue of the ability to identify implemented UFT solutions by individual FQP stakeholders, their final perception and evaluation of the solutions utility, and also the level of direct community involvement in the processes of planning, implementing and sustaining the effects of implemented UFT projects. The original method of “FQP durability assessment”, supported by the results of the recently carried out empirical studies, has provided answers to the questions on the discrepancies in the perception of solutions by individual partners of the FQP initiatives. The research study has confirmed numerous opinions and conclusions found in the academic publications, at the same time, indicating the role of the holistic approach to FQP projects.
