Abstract

The article examines and analyzes the experience of using cyber technologies of silent surveillance of computers of suspected persons by law enforcement agencies and special services of the Federal Republic of Germany and the USA, highlights the advantages and disadvantages, and also provides recommendations for implementation thereof in the activities of domestic law enforcement agencies.
