Abstract
The article analyzes the nature and intensity of the impact of the Novosibirsk CHPP-3 on the environment. To assess environmental risks, two types of threats were identified and corresponding risk groups were identified: violation of the temperature regime of networks; violation of the hydraulic regime of networks; reduction in the quality of make-up water; breakthrough of heating networks; suction of polluted water from the near-tube space; nitrogen oxide pollution; sulfur dioxide pollution; soot pollution; ash pollution. By constructing risk maps for each risk with the subsequent addition of the obtained maps, the area of the least well-being is picked out. In it, the probability of threats being realized, and, accordingly, the risks, are the greatest. Based on the obtained maps, recommendations have been developed that may be important in the planning process of prospective development of territories affected by CHP-3. The recommendations take into account modern environmental safety strategies, in particular, environmental management methods.
