Abstract
The scope of this article is the relationship of efficiency of medical rehabilitation, in particular its in-hospital period with quality of medical care rendered to the patient. Quality of medical care matching to approved criteria was assessed using an automated computer system integrated into the accounting program activities of medical institutions. It is established that in most cases rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction has a positive effect on the functional state of the heart. However, if the quality of medical care provided to the patient, did not meet the criteria of correct drug therapy, the efficacy of rehabilitation was reduced. The value of the automated system for the early detection of such inconsistencies, defects analysis and management decisions was demonstrated.
