Abstract

At UCF, students taking anatomy spend 17 weeks developing an autopsy report to guess the cause of death of their cadaver. Students used an e-portfolio system which helped with organization, group collaboration, and timely faculty feedback. Overall, the e-portfolio system provided a platform to enhance integration and critical thinking skills by allowing students to better organize their report as well as have prompt faculty feedback.
