Abstract

1. A flame-ionization detector was used in investigations of the dynamics of the adsorption of vapors of organic substances to determine the vapor concentration behind the layer of sorbent. 2. A method was developed for investigating the dynamics of adsorption using this detector, providing for determination of concentrations behind the layer of sorbent in the range from 10−5 mg/liter to the initial concentration.
