Abstract
We describe a challenging case of three layer delayed nasal reconstruction following a dog bite. Our patient is a 37 year old female veterinary nurse who attended the emergency department after being bitten by her own dog. The injury she sustained caused loss of skin, cartilage and nasal mucosa of the right ala.
